This block of premium new build flats was very exposed to the busy road and footpath that it sits alongside in Northwood. The developer asked The Tree and Hedge Company to install a privacy screen to change this.
We installed 20 meters of cherry laurel instant hedge at 2 meters tall, this not only created privacy and security, but also a sound barrier from the road.
Cherry laurel has broad waxy evergreen leaves, it thrives in most soil types apart from extremely waterlogged and chalky soils, and can survive in both full sun or shade.
