Norway Maple Drummondii Tree Leaves

The Drummondii is a stunningly, beautiful tree that grows to 8 metres tall when mature. It has smooth dark-grey bark and forms a broad pyramidal crown that becomes round with age.

The variegated leaves of the Drummondii are light-green and creamy-yellow in colour. Autumn leaf colour is yellow.

With the exception of peaty soil, the Drummondii tree can be planted into all soil substrates. Its beautiful foliage makes it a success when planted as an individual specimen tree or as an avenue or street tree.

Attractive yellow flowers appear in April before leaves shoot. Fruit is brown winged nutlets.

Drummondii is undemanding and tolerates all soil types except peat. It is extremely tolerant of dry conditions.
