Silver Lime Tree

The silver lime is a strong, large tree with a straight trunk and broad conical to round crown, popular for landscape projects, often used in city locations. The crown is dense, conical to begin then becoming round with age. The leaves are heart shaped matt green in colour with a white tomentose under side. Strongly scented yellow pendulous flowers appear in July. Autumn leaf colour is yellow.
