Care and ownership of living products such as but not limited to plants, trees or hedges transfers to the client once delivered or installed. Hortlands will give information and guidance on how to best care for and manage living products supplied or supplied and installed but we cannot take responsibility for ongoing damages or failure of the product due to neglectful aftercare or contamination. Hortlands guarantees the living products have been grown, prepared for delivery, and correctly cared for prior to transporting and installation. Hortlands guarantees its landscape teams will handle, transport and if applicable plant / install living products to high horticultural and industry standards.
